Blidworth is a village and civil parish approximately five miles east of Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Along with being an old mining town, Blidworth is, according to legend, the final resting place of Will Scarlet. Purported to be buried in the churchyard of the Church of St. Mary of the Purification.
